JPG/PDF e-cards will be delivered within 24 working hours, while Video/GIF and Caricature e-cards or video e-invites will be delivered within 72 working hours. Delivery time may be affected during seasonal rushes or unforeseen circumstances. Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST. Urgent e-card or e-invite orders will incur an additional cost. Payment must be made 100% in advance for ready templates, and no refunds will be provided as the design you approve is final. An 18% GST will be added to the total cost, subject to government regulations and changes. Only the text and images in the provided samples will be modified as per your request, and once the content is finalized, no further changes can be made. Clients are responsible for providing accurate content and checking for spelling errors, as the details provided will be used exactly as submitted. Any request to change font style, color, or background color will incur an additional charge. Only the provided images will be used, and repeated changes to pictures will not be allowed. We do not offer photo editing services, but if required, image editing is available at INR 199 per image. The design layout, including frames and placements, cannot be altered unless agreed upon for an extra charge per slide. No additional modifications will be made after the HD version is delivered, and any extra revisions will be chargeable per round. Image slides can be removed upon request, and music can be customized with a single song of your choice, provided you share the song link. However, we do not offer song editing or cutting services. Only one revision is allowed after the first draft, and further changes after finalization will incur additional charges.
If a new template is requested before receiving a preview from the design team, the team will accommodate the change. However, if a request for a different template is made after the preview has been shared, the client must place a new order. Video invites will be provided in two sizes: an HD version via a Google Drive link and a WhatsApp-compatible version. If multiple versions are required, such as separate invites for the bride and groom, the client must pay 50% of the actual template cost for each additional version. By default, designs are made for mobile screens, but this can be customized if specified before placing an order. Completed invites and caricatures may be showcased in our portfolio or shared online unless a request for removal is made. If a client wishes to remove our logo from the last slide, an additional charge of INR 199 will apply. Open files and templates will not be shared under any circumstances.
For Wedding Itineraries, designs will be delivered within 48 working hours. The itinerary content, including event details, timings, and locations, must be provided accurately by the client, as no changes will be accepted once finalized. Only the text and images in the sample designs can be customized, and any additional modifications such as font, background, or layout changes will be chargeable. Itineraries will be provided in JPG/PDF format, and we do not offer printing services. Clients may get their itineraries printed at a local printing press. Urgent orders will be subject to additional charges, and no refunds will be provided once the design has been approved.

ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (IF APPLICABLE)
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

By using our website, you understand and agree that all Resources we provide are ‘as is’ and ‘as available’. This means that we do not represent or warrant to you that:
i. The use of our Resources will meet your needs or requirements.
ii. The use of our Resources will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from errors.
iii. The information obtained by using our Resources will be accurate or reliable, and
iv. Any defects in the operation or functionality of any Resources we provide will be repaired or corrected.
Furthermore, you understand and agree that:
v. Any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of our Resources is done at your own discretion and risk, and that you are solely responsible for any damage to your computer or other devices for any loss of data that may result from the download of such content.
vi. No information or advice, whether expressed, implied, oral or written, obtained by you from www.wedbing.in or through any Resources we provide shall create any warranty, guarantee, or conditions of any kind, except for those expressly outlined in this User Agreement.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In conjunction with the Limitation of Warranties as explained above, you expressly understand and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of products and/or services. www.wedbing.in will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred by you as a result of using our Resources, or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply.
COPYRIGHTS
All content and materials available on www.wedbing.in, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images and logos are the intellectual property of www.wedbing.in, and are protected by applicable copyright law. Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of any content on this site is strictly prohibited, unless specifically authorised by www.wedbing.in.
USER DISPUTES
Users are solely responsible for their interactions with other wedbing Users (including Vendors). wedbing reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Users and to immediately terminate the privileges of any User for any reason or for no reason.
Wedbing is only a listing and aggregating platform and no associations, interactions, bookings that happen on the Wedbing platform are the responsibility of Wedbing. Vendor data showcased on profiles in the form of photos, price, reviews etc is a result of vendors’ inputs and those of their customers. While Wedbing does take efforts to verify the claims made in the form of price, work etc, it in no way ensures/ guarantees the displayed info to be accurate. Not accepable for any legal suit.
TERMINATION OF USE
You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website and Resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.
GOVERNING LAW
This website is controlled by www.wedbing.in. It can be accessed by most countries around the world By registering, you (i) represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into and to fully abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as far as age, jurisdiction, laws of land, etc. are concerned and (ii) agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding your use of the Wedbing. Furthermore, any action to enforce this User Agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts You hereby agree to personal jurisdiction by such courts, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. Not acceptable for any legal suit.
GUARANTEE
Unless otherwise expressed, www.wedbing.in expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
